The apartment is clean and comfortable, sleeping up to six guests with a family bathroom and balcony.
Located on the fourth floor providing stunning views & accessed via a lift or stairs, this loft apartment has two bedrooms, a family bathroom, kitchen, and a comfortable living room.
The master bedroom has two Austrian twin beds, ample wardrobe space, and bedside units. For bulkier items such as skis or golf clubs, there is a lockable ski keller on the ground floor.
The second bedroom which is situated immediately off the master bedroom, has bunk beds and further wardrobe space which is ideal as a childrens bedroom.
The living area has a comfortable sofa, which converts to a further double bed if desired. There is also TV with DVD player & access onto the balcony.
The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, & toaster. Along with crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, and glasses.
The dining area has a traditional eckbankgruppe that can seat up to six guests. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony should you wish to eat al fresco during the summer.
The balcony overlooks the Hintereit slope where the US & Austrian Ski Teams often train during the winter season. From here you can see the beautiful village just a 10 minute walk away beside the river.
The family bathroom contains a bath with a shower & basin, as well as a washing machine.
